Quality A+ Across the street from what used to be Sears next to the Chinese restaurant. Plenty of parking. Customer service is very good very polite and patient. They have a kiosk you can apply for financing. Right now it's 0% for 12 months. The 5-year inclusive full warranty is 12% of the price. Delivery is $100. Present sale has 20 + 10% off 30 total. Restrooms very clean. Very relaxed setting. Good selection of clearance and discounted items at huge savings. If you're shopping for sofa or recliner this is the place to go.

Antonio was fantastic showing us the different types of recliners I was looking for. Then I met Cindy Lou n Catherine and when they came to my home they really helped me with my decision. When I went back to finalize my decision Catherine was so helpful. What a great team I had to help me. They were all very friendly and so knowledgeable.

Everyone was supper attentive to my needs and was greeted with kindness and more importantly PATIENCE! buying a reclining chair was little more harder than I envisioned, thankfully the staff made sure all my questions and need were met. Im very happy with my purchase and will DEFINITELY keep recommending this place for years to come

I feel the Representative Cindy Nguyen was very polite and kind with me. I have been into other furniture stores and they pressured me to get a higher price than what I could afford. Cindy did not do that. She listened to my needs She allowed me to try out Different chairs and explain the difference to me of each chair. In the end, I ended up purchasing a reclining chair there I’m looking forward to receiving it on Friday. Another plus It doesn’t take them two or three weeks to bring the item out It’ll be here on Friday. Yes, I give her a five star

Chase was great. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He really helped me out with my fabric and color choices. I was a little stressed trying to figure out what I wanted and he removed the stress. Great experience thanks to Chase.

I am very pleased with Lazyboy. Great shopping experience. Jaylen was attentive , spent quite a bit of time with me as I kept trying to find the best chair that was comfortable. Patient. He knew the inventory on the floor and had suggestions as I kept having new issues with chairs and the features. I spent a few hours there. As I narrowed my choices it was closing time and two other employees stayed until we finished the transaction. Elaine was also a big help. I would recommend this store to others

I was able to take advantage of the memorial day sales and got a very good deal. Cindy, who helped me was great. She remained patient and helpful even though it took me some time to decide what I need in my recliner. We bought the 5 year warranty plan because of all the ways the chair moves and might need maintenance in ways we don't know how to do ourselves. I'm really looking forward to my chair being built and delivered.

I bought a sofa here and it’s turned out to be a great buy. The in store experience was fantastic and friendly. They told me 8 weeks for delivery but it arrived in 6 weeks. It’s super comfortable and you can tell it’s very well constructed. I’m really happy with the sofa and my overall experience. I’d definitely buy here again.

The showroom in Cerritos had so many options for me to choose a couch and loveseat that was a wall recliner. Our salesperson, Monica, was patient and extremely helpful in making my final choice on style and fabric.I was very happy with Monica, the variety, and the ease with closing my transaction. I highly recommend LazyBoy furniture in Cerritos.

This store has a sufficient inventory to satisfy the customer. I took my time selecting a recliner due to the fact that I liked more than one! I’m satisfied with my selection and iit meets my needs being a Veteran with multiple physical issues. The customer representative is knowledgeable and understood my situation.
